User Image Rights & Permissions Clause

By uploading any image or design to Wall2Wow, the customer represents and warrants that they are the legal owner of the content or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and reproduce the image for commercial printing purposes.

 

Wall2Wow assumes no liability for any copyright or trademark infringement related to the use of customer-submitted content. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Wall2Wow, its owners, affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from unauthorized use of intellectual property.
